Announcing IP Address Changes (No Operational Impact) Sep 8, 2025 23:59 - Sep 9, 2025 00:00 PDT

The following new IPv4 and IPv6 subnet ranges will be deployed to the Zoom for Government Meeting and Webinar, Zoom Contact Center (ZCC), Cloud Room Connector (CRC), Enhanced Room Connector, and content delivery network (CDN) resources, starting no earlier than 30 days from the posting of this notice. We recommend that network administrators, with Zoom for Government-specific firewall or network rules, update their systems as soon as possible in preparation.

On August 7, 2025 from 1:00 to 2:00 AM UTC, status.zoomgov.com will be retired and www.zoomgovstatus.com will be the new official status site for Zoom for Government. Furthermore, new e-mail notifications will come from no-reply@zoomgovstatus.com. To avoid any access issues, please add the www.zoomgovstatus.com site to your allow list if you filter internet access.

If you are a customer subscribed to the Zoom for Government Service Status page via email, SMS, Webhooks, or Slack, we will ensure your subscriptions are transferred to the new www.zoomgovstatus.com page. However, please ensure any systems processing these requests are configured to support the new www.zoomgovstatus.com URL and/or no-reply@zoomgovstatus.com origination address (for example ensure spam filters do not block the address).

If you are a customer subscribed to the Zoom for Government Service Status page via RSS/Atom feed, you will need to migrate to the new RSS/Atom feed on August 7, 2025 from 1:00 to 2:00 AM UTC.
